How much space does a team of 4 to 8 people need?
Floor plans show roughly 4 workstations for a standard unit. A team of four or five can start comfortably in 40 or 48 m². Larger teams may prefer the 66 m² unit or combining two adjacent units, which we can study with you based on your hiring plan.
Can a foreign founder buy an office in Casablanca?
Foreign individuals and companies can generally acquire commercial property in Morocco. The purchase structure, financing and any currency transfer formalities should be confirmed with a Moroccan notary and your bank. Our team can share the documents you need to start that conversation.
