Frequently asked questions

What size office does a small law firm need?

A lawyer working with one assistant fits well in 40 sq m. Add an associate and a meeting room and 48 to 50 sq m is more comfortable, such as the B1 or B6 units with balcony on floors 1 to 3. On the fourth floor, E4-B4 offers 46 sq m plus a 21 sq m private terrace.

Can a foreign law firm buy office space in Casablanca?

Foreign companies and individuals can generally acquire commercial property in Morocco, often through a local entity. The best structure depends on your situation, so check it with a Moroccan notary and tax adviser. We can share plans and arrange a video tour in the meantime.

Is the area right for a business-facing practice?

The building is on Route d’El Jadida, close to Maarif, Twin Center and Casablanca Finance City. It works for corporate and private clients alike, and the double frontage makes the address easy to spot. The Ain Diab Corniche and Morocco Mall are also close by for client lunches.

Can I expand later?

Some adjacent units on the same floor, such as B1 and B2 or B5 and B6, may be combined. It is an option to study based on availability when you buy, so mention your hiring plans at the first viewing.

How much does a unit cost?

Pricing depends on floor, size and whether the unit has a balcony or terrace. We send the price list on request, along with current availability of the units best suited to a law firm. Viewings can be scheduled around your hearings, or held by video call if you are abroad.
