How much space does a dental clinic need?
A single-chair practice usually works in 46 to 50 sq m, covering waiting, one surgery, sterilisation and an office. For two chairs, the 66 sq m unit on floors 1 to 3, or the 63 and 65 sq m top-floor units with terraces, give you more room. Your architect will confirm the plan against your equipment list.
Can I install plumbing and dental suction?
You design your own services as part of the fit-out. Water supply, drainage, compressor and suction routes need to be studied by your architect and agreed with the co-ownership before works begin. We share the available technical drawings to help with that study.
Can a foreign dentist buy a unit in Casablanca?
Foreign individuals and companies can generally buy commercial property in Morocco, but your licence to practise is a separate matter. Check the requirements with the Moroccan dental council and a local lawyer or notary. We are happy to arrange a visit, in person or by video, with your advisers.
Is there parking for patients?
