Frequently asked questions

How much space does an accounting firm need?

A partner with three or four staff typically needs around 60 to 66 sq m for an open space, a private office, a meeting room and archives. The B3 units at 66 sq m on floors 1 to 3 are the best fit. A smaller practice can work well in a 50 sq m unit with balcony.

Where can I store years of client files?

Your fit-out can include a closed archive room. For larger volumes, the mezzanine in the ground-floor shops or combining adjacent units are options worth studying. Shelving loads should be validated with your architect. Keeping archives in a closed room also protects client confidentiality during office visits.

Can a foreign firm open a Casablanca office here?

Foreign companies can generally buy commercial property in Morocco, often through a local subsidiary. The right structure depends on your group, so review it with a Moroccan notary and tax adviser. We can provide plans and a video tour to support your decision.

Can the office grow with the firm?

Some adjacent units on the same floor, such as B4 and B5 or B5 and B6, may be combined. It is an option to study based on availability, and you can register interest in a neighbouring unit when you buy.

How do I get pricing?

Prices depend on floor, size and any balcony or terrace. We send the price list on request, with current availability of units suited to an accounting firm. If you want to model buying against renting, we can also supply exact areas and plans for each unit.
