Psychologists & speech therapists - Laya Office

Psychologists and speech therapists

A therapy office for sale in Casablanca, designed around confidentiality

A therapy office should feel safe the moment a client walks in: quiet, discreet and comfortable. Laya Office’s new 40 to 48 sq m units in Casablanca suit psychologists, counsellors and speech therapists who see adults, children and families. They can be partitioned to protect every session. The building, on Route d’El Jadida in Hay Hassani, is served by two lifts from the entrance hall.

01

Sound privacy

Since you build the partitions, you can plan upgraded acoustic insulation between the waiting room and session rooms with your architect.

02

Separate waiting area

A distinct waiting room, ideally with an exit that avoids it, means clients do not cross paths at the end of a session.

03

Child-friendly space

Speech and occupational therapists can set aside a room for play-based work and assessments, with a corner for waiting parents.

04

A calming setting

New construction, balconies on some units and terraces on the fourth floor bring light and openness to the therapy room.

Frequently asked questions

What size works for a therapy office?

A solo psychologist works comfortably in 40 sq m with a waiting area, session room and small admin office. To share with a speech therapist, aim for 46 to 48 sq m, such as the B4 units on floors 1 to 3 or E4-B3, which adds a 20 sq m private terrace.

How can I make sessions properly confidential?

Acoustic insulation for walls and doors is decided at design stage. Your architect can specify lined partitions and a small lobby between waiting and session rooms. The level of performance should be agreed with them for your practice.

Can I share the office with another therapist?

Yes. A 46 to 48 sq m unit easily takes two session rooms around a shared waiting area. You can buy together, jointly or through a company, and your notary will advise on the most suitable structure. Sharing the purchase also halves the initial outlay for each practitioner.

I am relocating to Morocco. Can I buy before I arrive?

Many buyers start remotely. We can share plans, run a video tour and send the price list, and your notary handles the purchase formalities. Your right to practise in Morocco should be checked separately with the relevant professional body before you open your doors to clients.

How much do the smaller units cost?

Pricing depends on size, floor and whether there is a balcony or terrace. We send the price list on request, with current availability of the 40 to 48 sq m units. Tell us early whether a balcony or terrace matters to you, so we can shortlist the right units.
